We met, as often happens, at work. We both worked for a multinational company in the high-tech sector, without suspecting that several years later, we would be married, parents of two children, and partners in a crazy entrepreneurial adventure. Such is life!
A long-standing passion for hot chocolate
Passionate about his morning hot chocolate for 30 years, Hani decided to leave a successful career in high-tech to devote himself to creating the perfect hot chocolate. Caroline is passionate about everything related to nutrition and healthy eating.
Disappointed by the hot chocolates they taste elsewhere, Hani continually reworks his hot chocolate. The manufacturing process will evolve over time, step by step, and through life's encounters.
Starting with a classic preparation based on dark cocoa and whole milk, Caroline will move him towards plant-based drinks. Indeed, Hani has difficulty digesting dairy products.
Back in their kitchen, Hani set out to reproduce these unique flavors and textures in our kitchen. From trial to trial, working tirelessly, the profile of what would become the future Chocolating range took shape.
A simple lunch with friends
The entrepreneurial adventure began when a friend suggested, after he had just left his last employer, that he take his hot chocolates out of their kitchen cabinet and offer them to as many people as possible.
He talks to Caroline about it and the idea takes root. Until this crazy enterprise that we are embarking on and which is only just beginning. With the desire and the passion to delight as many people as possible with exceptional hot chocolates .
