CHOCOLATING ® 72% (Plain) is the first chocolate in the range to have seen the light of day, thanks to countless preparations coming out of our kitchen. It is based on 72% cocoa dark couverture chocolate, using a blend of carefully selected beans from various origins, all from Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Indonesia. It is UTZ certified, a label that represents sustainable agriculture offering better prospects for producers, their families and our planet.
It is this same 72% cocoa chocolate couverture that is currently used in all products in the range.
CHOCOLATING ® Praliné is prepared using dark couverture chocolate made with 72% cocoa , combined with a 60% Italian hazelnut praline . Smooth and creamy, it preserves the true, intense taste of chocolate, which blends with the roasted aromas of hazelnut.
CHOCOLATING ® Raspberry combines dark couverture baking chocolate made with 72% cocoa with the delicate flavor of raspberry, in order to harmoniously combine the real taste of chocolate and the freshness of raspberry, obtained thanks to natural raspberry powder.
CHOCOLATING ® Passion combines dark couverture chocolate made with 72% cocoa with the exotic flavor of passion fruit, in order to harmoniously combine the true taste of chocolate and the delicious taste of passion fruit, obtained by adding dehydrated passion fruit juice.
CHOCOLATING ® Orange combines dark couverture baking chocolate made from 72% cocoa with the tangy flavor of orange , obtained thanks to the addition of organic sweet orange essential oil.
