Tasting
Best enjoyed in an espresso cup.
Shake the bottle well, and if necessary, preheat the open bottle for 30 seconds in the microwave (medium power) or in a bain-marie to liquefy the chocolate. Then pour the chocolate into an espresso cup and heat in the microwave for a few seconds.
You can also heat the entire bottle if you wish to share all or part of the chocolate. In this case, heat the open bottle in a bain-marie or in the microwave for 1 minute, then pour the hot liquid into an espresso cup.
The contents can be heated and then cooled as desired without any alteration to taste or texture, and of course, without any health risks. Remember to store the opened bottle, resealed, in the refrigerator.
Enjoy it warm at any time of day. It can also be enjoyed cold, straight from the refrigerator; this is a matter of personal preference. For more tasting ideas, see the "Tasting Tips" section.

Conservation
Before opening:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. In case of high temperatures, store the bottle in a cellar, or failing that, in the refrigerator, to avoid exposure to extreme heat.
After opening:
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 15 days.

All Chocolating® products are made with 100% sustainably sourced and/or organic ingredients. No dairy or animal products are used in their composition. No preservatives or thickeners (flour, carrageenan, or other gelatins) are used.
Made with professional couverture chocolate from the finest chocolatiers, and not cocoa powder, Chocolating® is produced without the addition of any sugars other than those naturally present in the couverture. The unique consistency, both fluid and smooth, is achieved through a process that is the subject of patent No. FR3127865, published at the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) on December 12, 2025.
