SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All of our products are in stock. The average delivery time for orders is 3-5 business days from the date of order if placed before 2 p.m., or 4-6 days if placed after 2 p.m.

The average shipping time is 2 business days. Delivery time is then approximately 48 hours for mainland France (this time is extended for Corsica), and 3-5 days for European countries served (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal). This time may vary depending on the carrier chosen.

Shipping is currently available to all seven countries, including mainland France. We will expand shipping to other countries as we go.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are offered by CHOCOLATING ® at Relay Points (Chronopost for Metropolitan France, or Mondial Relay for Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain) for any order over €50 invoiced , all discounts deducted (including quantity discounts).

The shipping costs applied are:

For France (metropolitan) :

- Delivery to a Chronopost Pickup Relay Point for €3.00 incl. VAT

Choose the Chronopost Relay point that suits you best.
You will have 5 (shops) to 10 working days (post offices) to collect your package.

Details :
Your package will be delivered to a local store of your choice. As soon as your package arrives at your collection point, you will be immediately notified by email, text message, or phone message. The Chronopost collection point operator will ask for proof of identity in exchange for your package. Delivery of the package requires a signature.

- Home delivery by GLS Flex at €7.00 including VAT

A service provided by GLS, delivery within 48 to 72 hours after dispatch. The package will be delivered to your home. If you are not there, your delivery benefits from the FlexDeliveryService, and you can choose the solution best suited to your availability online before the delivery driver arrives by clicking on the link contained in the email and SMS that GLS sent you.

You will be notified by email or text message of the delivery date at least 24 hours in advance. Your package will be delivered to you in person. If you are not present at the time of delivery, GLS will inform you of the Mondial Relay address where you can collect your package upon presentation of your identity document. You will have 6 working days to collect your package. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

For Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain :

- Delivery to Mondial Relay Point for €4.50 including tax

Choose the Mondial Relay point that suits you best.
You will have 8 calendar days to collect your package.
